The family members of the homeowner, as well as citizens living permanently with them, have the right to use the rooms in the house equally with the homeowner, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of their relocation.
They also have the right to relocate their minor children to the accommodation provided by the homeowner. Even if these individuals have terminated family relations with the homeowner, their right to use the accommodation remains (according to Article 32 of the Housing Code).
