Collateral may be the last resort for debt repayment

If the borrower fails to fulfill their obligations to the bank, the court will issue an enforcement order to seize the collateral property for the repayment of the loan debts.

The enforcement order to direct the collection of the loan debt from the borrower K.U. in favor of the commercial bank against the collateral property, the "Cobalt" car, has been received by the Zafarobod district department of the bureau.

During the enforcement actions, the "Cobalt" car belonging to the debtor was seized and placed in the impound lot.

In the future, it will be sold at auction, and the proceeds will be used to settle the loan and other debts.
