Selyuk: Konate scores more goals than Komlichenko

Dmitriy Selyuk, the agent of Muhammad Konate, a forward of the "Ahmat" team, compared his client to Nikolay Komlichenko in an interview with the "Euro-Football.Ru" network publication. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, Muhammad was away from high-level football matches last year, but gained experience in games played with famous footballers like Benzema, Ronaldinho, Mane, and others. Nevertheless, football in Saudi Arabia is different from football in Russia, and he wants to showcase himself in the "Ahmat" team and improve his goal-scoring record.

Selyuk emphasized that while the "Lokomotiv" team bought Komlichenko for one and a half million euros, Konate came to "Ahmat" for free. According to him, Konate demonstrates better performance than many other forwards from high-level clubs.

Komlichenko did not score in the last ten games of the previous season, and previously his games were against lower-level teams. Selyuk confidently states that Konate will score more goals than Komlichenko this season.

30-year-old Komlichenko transferred from the "Rostov" team to "Lokomotiv" in the summer of 2025.
