Neman won 2:3 in Slovakia
In the second qualifying round, the "Košice" and "Neman" teams showed different results during the match. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In the ninth minute of the game, the hosts launched a quick attack, exploiting a gap in the "Neman" defense. Ivan Sadovnichiy was unable to block, and Karlo Milyanich took a shot from approximately the penalty line, placing the ball in the bottom right corner of the goal.
This made the score 1:0 for the hosts. Later, Roman Cherepaki approached the opponent's penalty area without resistance and scored with an accurate shot into the left corner, bringing the score to 2:0.
At the beginning of the second half, Anton Suchkov provided a pass from the left flank to the far corner. Pavel Savitskiy separated from the defenders and directed the ball accurately into the goal with his head.
This made the score 2:1 against "Košice." Then Savitskiy found himself one-on-one with the opponent's goalkeeper and equalized the score with a confident shot — 2:2.
Roman Cherepaki created another opportunity, but the ball went over the goalpost. The Neman team earned a corner from the left flank, but the ball hit the goalpost and returned to the field.
In the 79th minute, Maksim Kravtsov, who came on as a substitute, successfully converted a penalty kick, changing the score to 3:2. The "Košice" team tried to equalize, but in the 90th minute, Dominik Krujlyak's penalty kick was stopped by the goalkeeper.
As a result, the Belarusian team "Neman" secured the victory. They gained an advantage before the return match.
