The president of the "Orenburg" club, Kirill Voljyenkin, shared his thoughts on the start of the 2025/2026 Russian Premier League season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the team did not manage to collect enough points in the first two rounds. Voljyenkin emphasized that they had planned to earn more points, and it is difficult to be satisfied with the results in this regard.

All players understand the necessity of winning in front of the fans. In the first round, "Orenburg" played to a draw with CSKA at home, with a score of 0:0.

In the next round, the team led by Vladimir Slishkovich also drew 1:1 at home against Makhachkala "Dinamo". It should be noted that "Orenburg" was relegated from the Premier League at the end of the last season.

However, due to the sanctions imposed on Moscow "Torpedo," the Russian Football Union reinstated the club back into the league. The team is now striving to show good results throughout the season.
