Central defender Igor Diveyev announced the main goal of the Moscow CSKA team for the current season in the Russian Premier League (RPL). This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The footballer emphasized that he has been active in the team for six years and expressed a strong desire to win the championship. According to him, last season and in the first year under Vladimir Fedotov's management, the team had the opportunity to compete for victory, but points were lost in matches against weaker teams.
Last season, CSKA won the Russian Cup and secured third place in the championship. In the 2022-2023 championship, the team finished in second place, just two points behind "Zenit."
Currently, after two rounds, CSKA is in eighth place with four points. The team's main goal is to achieve the championship.
