Musayev: The team hasn't played like this for a year and a half

The head coach of the Krasnodar team, Murad Musayev, shared his thoughts after the match against "Krylya Sovetov." This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He reflected on the reasons for losing at home for the second consecutive time. According to Musayev, these defeats are related to similar situations.

In particular, the team's gross mistakes played a significant role in the goals conceded. The coach stated: "We do not deserve to play like this; we haven't played like this for the last year and a half."

We need to forget about thinking of championships or other topics. Because our game does not seem bad, but there are no results.

We are on the ground, and this situation may continue. In the second half, the players fought, made efforts, and created opportunities.

But playing well for just one half is not enough. Unfortunately, we lost today.

I hope we draw the right conclusions. This defeat can be a starting point to return to the results of the last season.

Musayev also acknowledged that there is not enough mutual understanding within the team. According to him, the players could not fully recover within two days after the game against "Lokomotiv," which led to some tactical issues.

The team's mutual adaptation is still insufficient, but this is a natural process. However, mistakes in the goals conceded are absolutely unacceptable.

In response to another question, the coach admitted that the team could not capitalize on the opportunities created. In his opinion, this problem is also related to other shortcomings.

Musayev emphasized: "We clearly know the problems and are working on solving them."
