According to former Russian defender Vitaliy Dyakov, it is still too early to criticize the games of Moscow's “Dynamo” team under the leadership of the new head coach. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He stated that it would be appropriate to make conclusions after at least five to seven rounds to evaluate the coach's work. Dyakov expressed these thoughts in an interview with the “Match TV” channel.
For reference, the “Dynamo” team has already played three official matches this season since Valeriy Karpin was appointed as head coach. Two of these games ended in victory.
Specifically, the team triumphed over “Rostov” 1:0 in the Russian championship and defeated “Sochi” 3:2 in the Russian cup. In another match, “Dynamo” drew 1:1 with “Baltika”.
Valeriy Karpin was appointed as the head coach of the “Dynamo” team in June 2025 and signed a three-year contract with the club. It is still too early to draw definite conclusions about the team's results this season, and a more comprehensive assessment of the coach's performance can be made after the upcoming rounds.
