- Can you tell us about the involvement of a legionnaire in the "Bunyodkor" squad?
- We are constantly working on selection. A number of legionnaire players went through trials with our team before the season. We needed legionnaires who could demonstrate quality football. I am happy that Kachorri scored a double. It doesn't matter whether they are legionnaires or local players, what matters is that they should benefit our team.
- Did "Sho‘rtan" manage to provide as much resistance as you expected?
- We studied the team well. There are players in this team who can effectively utilize a single situation. Caution is always an integral part of football. The season has just started, so it's too early for conclusions.
- We remember the bright periods of "Bunyodkor" well. When can the team return to that level?
- Great question. "Bunyodkor" has a bright history. We are all currently working to bring the team back to its previous periods. In recent seasons, the club has gone through significant crises. The youth are our future, and we need to grow from game to game.
- Were you satisfied with the level of today’s game?
- Of course, based on the result, there is satisfaction. It’s a pleasant situation to achieve victory away. However, since it’s the beginning of the season, small mistakes are also noticeable.
- Italian football is based on defensive play. There are Italian specialists in your coaching staff. However, "Bunyodkor" is playing more attacking football. Do you adapt your game according to the opponent or have you aimed for attacking football this season?
- Right now, everyone knows how to play football. We need to act based on physical capabilities. Each game is built according to the opponent. Attacking play is one of our main goals, and through this, we can achieve victories.
