Gasilin called Sobolev the main leader for Zenit

Former Zenit player Aleksey Gasilin expressed his opinion about the game of the team's forward Aleksandr Sobolev. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He noted that he was amazed by Sobolev's actions on the field. Aleksandr Sobolev was the author of the goal in the third round match of the Russian championship against Moscow's CSKA team.

This game ended with a score of 1:1. According to Gasilin, Sobolev entered the game well and created several dangerous situations.

In particular, his courage to take the penalty kick indicates his confidence and that he is a leader in the team. Additionally, Sobolev hit the goalpost once again during the match.

According to him, in that situation, the ball touched the opposing defender Diveev and as a result, the opposing team avoided conceding a goal. Thus, Sobolev's actions and contributions to the game were of significant importance for the team.
