"Sochi" cannot score goals, but the game is improving

The head coach of the "Sochi" team, Robert Moreno, shared his thoughts with journalists after the match against "Rubin." This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, although the team is playing well, they are unable to capitalize on their chances to earn points. The coach believes that the main issue is the need to reduce mistakes and not give the opponents too many opportunities.

Additionally, there is a need to work on improving the quality of play. The team is performing better now than at the start of the season, creating more chances in attack, but there are problems in converting them into goals.

Robert Moreno stated that he will work with the team to address these shortcomings and analyze the games in depth. In the 25th minute of the match, two defenders were substituted.

Magal was injured, while Nabil had already received a yellow card and caused a penalty. Therefore, the head coach did not want to take risks and decided to substitute the defenders.

Later, another central defender, Marcelo, also received a card. The coach noted that his players received many warnings today, which is why he tried to minimize risks.

"Rubin" forward Mirlind Daku scored twice. Robert Moreno emphasized that he is one of the strongest forwards in the championship and that many teams are showing interest in him.

Therefore, he mentioned that it is not always easy to stop such a forward. "Sochi" scored a long-awaited goal in the championship, even though it was an own goal.
