Mostovoy: "The coach is responsible for the result of 'Akmat'"

The "Axmat" football club announced on Tuesday that it had terminated its cooperation with this specialist. The reason for this was the team's four consecutive defeats at the beginning of the season, including the results in the cup match.

In this regard, the famous former football player Aleksandr Mostovoy expressed his opinion. According to Aleksandr Mostovoy, just a few days ago he emphasized that it was too early to draw conclusions based on the results.

Nevertheless, the former football player specifically noted that coaches are responsible for the team's results. Although the "Axmat" team has good players, the fact that they suffered defeats in four matches surprised many.

According to Mostovoy, players move on the field, but the responsibility for the result lies with the coach. It has been reported that Stanislav Cherchesov's candidacy is being considered as the new head coach of the "Axmat" club.

The 61-year-old specialist confirmed that he is in negotiations with the Grozny club.
