Storojuk has left, "Axmat" is looking for a new coach

"Axmat" football club announced a few hours ago that they have relieved Aleksandr Storojuk from his position as head coach. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

This decision was made due to the team's poor performance at the beginning of the season. "Axmat" suffered defeats in all four matches held in the Russian Premier League and Cup.

Football agent Aleksey Safonov shared his thoughts on the dismissal of Aleksandr Storojuk. According to him, it was expected that the coach would be replaced after such results.

Safonov believes that how Storojuk was appointed as head coach of "Axmat" is also questionable. Because stable results were not evident in his previous activities as well.

"Axmat" has added several new players to its squad this season, but according to Safonov, the outcome is determined not only by funding but also by the players' actions in the game. Currently, Stanislav Cherchesov is being mentioned as a candidate who could manage the "Axmat" team for the second time.

He confirmed that he has received an offer from the club, but has not provided detailed comments yet. Cherchesov has not been working with any team since January.

He previously left the Kazakhstan national team. The name of the new head coach is expected to be announced soon.
