Honorary member of the "Dinamo" team, Aleksey Petrushin, shared his thoughts on the team's participation in the new season in an exclusive interview with "Evro-Futbol.ru". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, "Dinamo" is currently unable to accumulate enough points. The main problem of the team is the lack of efficiency in attack.
After Tyuqavin left the team, no player was found to fully replace him. He always put pressure on the opposing defenders and stood out with his quick movements.
Now, there is a lack of such a player. Gladyshev is currently taking his place, but he is not a central striker and plays more on the wing.
In the center, however, different tasks are required, and Gladyshev does not have enough experience in this regard. He plays better on the wing, taking the ball and deceiving the opponent.
Speaking about Sergeev's game, Petrushin emphasized that every player should have their own team. According to him, Sergeev could not show himself in the first game, but improved a bit in the next matches and scored a goal.
Nevertheless, Petrushin states that Tyuqavin brought more benefit in attack. Sergeev could not become a key player at "Zenit", but showed himself well in the "Krylya Sovetov" squad.
So far, three rounds have passed, time will tell, but according to Petrushin, Sergeev will not be able to fully replace Tyuqavin. In response to a question about the new player Rubens, Petrushin stated that he has not yet been able to show himself.
In his opinion, it takes at least five games to evaluate a player. When discussing coach Karpin, Petrushin quoted the opinion of the famous specialist Beskov: the coach is given two months to organize the team.
"Dinamo" is currently playing in a different style, and this requires time. Karpin is setting his demands for the team, but results will still take time.
If Anton Miranchuk joins the team, it could be both positive and complicated for the team. Because as experienced players increase, opportunities for young players decrease, which intensifies internal competition.
Although the results at the beginning of the season have not been as expected, Petrushin called for maintaining optimism. Upcoming games and cup matches will provide more information about the team's capabilities.
