Mostovoy: The problem with Spartak is not in the coaching change

Former famous football player Aleksandr Mostovoy expressed his opinion about the situation around the head coach of the "Spartak" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The team started the season unsuccessfully, and there were talks that head coach Deyan Stankovich could be dismissed. According to Aleksandr Mostovoy, coaches are frequently changing in "Spartak," and it is clear that this situation is not benefiting the team.

He emphasized that regardless of who is appointed as head coach, the problems will not be resolved. According to Mostovoy, the next coach will also work for a short time like the previous ones and will leave.

He noted that the frequent changes of coaches in the team are not having a positive impact on the results. Mostovoy also reminded that it is the players who go onto the field, and they are mainly responsible for the results.

According to him, even if the coaches perform their duties, the main role in the game belongs to the players. For reference, "Spartak" lost 2:4 to the "Lokomotiv" club this week, and this result disappointed the team's fans.

Currently, the "red-whites" are in 11th place in the Premier League standings. In the next round, Deyan Stankovich's team will face "Zenit."
