In the tournament hosted by the city of Rohtak, athletes from India, Russia, and Uzbekistan participated. The wrestlers competed in both classical and freestyle belt wrestling. Among the Uzbekistan national team, Hanaboy O'raimov, Abbos Ahmadjonov, Murodjon Hamidov, Dostonbek Obidjonov, Samandar Abdusalomov, Azimjon Yo'ldoshev, Farangiz Abdunabiyeva, and Shirinoy Yo'ldosheva won gold medals.
During the tournament, representatives of the three countries agreed to organize this competition annually. Additionally, the parties awarded the hosting of the 2026 competition to Uzbekistan
