Qatar Sports Investments is at an advanced stage of negotiations to purchase the Spanish club. The deal is valued at 100 million euros, and all parties are confident in its completion.

Currently, the club, owned by BlueBay hotel operator and Qatari Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thani, is under the management of a court-appointed administrator due to its severe financial situation.

Qatar Sports Investments is also negotiating with representatives of one of the Belgian clubs.

"QSI is exploring a number of investment opportunities in Europe and America," the organization stated in response to the inquiry.
