The Norwegian striker sustained an injury to his left thigh during the FA Cup quarter-final match against Bournemouth (2:1). His injury is serious, and he is expected to be out for 5-7 weeks.

Guardiola said the following about Haaland's recovery process:

“Considering all the injuries that have occurred this season, I feel very sorry for our players and Erling. I hope he recovers quickly and can help the team.
