Aleksandr Usik is ranked first in the ESPN rankings

The prestigious American ESPN portal has announced an updated ranking of the world's strongest boxers regardless of weight class. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In the updated list on February 25, Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev were removed due to not having fought for a long time. Ukrainian Aleksandr Usik holds the first place in the ranking.
According to ESPN, Usik's 24-0 record and recent major victories have solidified his elite status. Japanese boxer Naoya Inoue is ranked second.
Jesse Rodriguez has risen to third place, with Shakur Stevenson in fourth. David Benavides occupies the fifth position.
The high rankings of these boxers are explained by their consistent fights and activity in recent years. Famous boxers occupy the subsequent places in the ranking.
In sixth place is Junto Nakatani, seventh is Devin Haney, eighth is Jaron Ennis, ninth is Saul Alvarez, and tenth is Vergil Ortiz. Additionally, Ryan Garcia did not make it into the top rankings.
According to ESPN, Garcia moved up in the super welterweight division after defeating Mario Barrios but did not gather enough votes to enter the top 10 of the pound-for-pound ranking. The ESPN ranking clearly reflects the current balance of power in the boxing world.
Aleksandr Usik is still recognized as the world's strongest boxer, with Naoya Inoue as his closest pursuer. The inactivity of Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev led to their removal from the ranking.
The main question now is how this list will change after upcoming major fights? Source: ESPN.
