Ruben Amorim: “Manchester United” has a reality to acknowledge...
“Manchester United” team’s 2024/25 season is becoming one of the toughest periods for the club in recent years. Amid the latest results in the Premier League, various debates and criticisms among fans, the team’s head coach Ruben Amorim has come forward with his thoughts.

The Portuguese specialist, in an interview with the press, analyzed the overall situation of the team and directly acknowledged:

“I always speak — to the club management, to the players, to the fans. This team can and needs to be much better. I know well what needs to be done, but it takes time. Everyone wants everything to be fixed quickly, but patience is necessary to restore stability in such situations.”

Amorim was also embarrassed by the results the team has shown during its performance and did not hesitate to openly admit:

“We have only won 6 times in 25 games — this is shameful. These results are not characteristic of us. A team with the name 'United' should not be satisfied with such poor results.”

The coach did not link these difficulties solely to playing style or tactics:

“This problem is not only in the game or tactics. Sometimes lack of belief, absence of balance in mentality, and weakness in team spirit affect the results. Our task is to correct this.”

Currently, “Manchester United” is positioned 16th in the Premier League table. This shows that the team is far from its traditional goals of reaching the top four, competing for the championship, and participating honorably in European competitions.

The Zamin.uz editorial team believes that a club with a history like “Manchester United” can emerge from a state prone to failure and recover anew. We wish Ruben Amorim great strength and patience in restoring the club's spirit and transforming the players into a strong team.
