The club president acknowledged that luck turned against them in some matches, but emphasized that the main reason was the team's very weak performance at times:
“In some areas, we acted very poorly. The team was in the right shape from start to finish, but we often lost our way.”
Cerezo's open criticism
Cerezo described the team's inconsistent play and unexpected results as “horribly bad.” Based on his words, it can be said that significant changes are expected at the club this summer.
