"Manchester City" will play Brayton in a cup match; Husanov may make his debut

Manchester City will face Brayton in the fourth round of the English League Cup. One.uz reports.
The team, which suffered a 1-2 defeat against Aston Villa in the previous round, is striving to restore its physical and mental readiness. Enzo Mareska is expected to implement tactical changes and a wide rotation.
There is a high probability that Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov will make his cup debut. Changes in defense and goalkeeping Gianluigi Donnarumma, who made errors in the Aston Villa match, will remain on the bench.
His place will be taken by Jeronimo Rulli, who started the previous cup match in the 5-0 victory over Norwich. While Ruben Dias' experience may be utilized in central defense, Khusanov's versatility is an important option for Mareska.
If Rico Lewis drops to the right wing, Khusanov will form a partnership in the center with Dias or Victor Reis. On the left wing, the competition continues between Nico O'Reilly and Josko Gvardiol.
Midfield and attacking formations Erling Haaland will rest fully for injury prevention purposes. His place will be taken by 17-year-old Floyd Samba, who scored two goals against Norwich.
In midfield, Ayoub Bouaddi and Mateo Kovacic will take the initiative, allowing Elliot Anderson and Enzo Fernandes to rest. Phil Foden, due to his high performance in recent home games, is considered the main candidate to replace Ryan Cherki in the number ten position.
