Chelsea earned the most revenue from transfers among English clubs

The London "Chelsea" football club has been the team that earned the most from selling players in the last decade. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Transfermarkt, "Chelsea" earned a total of 1 billion 440 million euros from transfers during this period. In second place is "Manchester City," which has 922 million euros.

In third place is "Liverpool," which earned 690 million euros. Also, the top ten earners include "Everton" (636 million), "Aston Villa" (622 million), "Southampton" (610 million), "Leicester" (602 million), "Tottenham" (576 million), "Manchester United" (545 million), and "Wolverhampton" (531 million). Notably, "Arsenal" is only in thirteenth place on the list, recorded with an income of 465 million euros. Experts believe that this result is related to the club's incorrect financial policy, which was implemented during the tenures of former coaches Arsène Wenger and Unai Emery.

This situation has led to "Arsenal" making less profit in the transfer market. Overall, the last decade shows that English football clubs have earned significant revenue in the transfer market.
