Gladilin: Zabolotniy Spartak needs the right player for the attack

Former Spartak team coach Valeriy Gladilin commented on the transfer of striker Anton Zabolotniy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, there is no need to attract anyone else to the attack. Anton Shtankovich remains the necessary player for rotation in the attack.

Now it is necessary to prepare for the season, Gladilin said in an interview with RB Sport. The specialist believes that the current Spartak squad is very strong and there is no need to purchase new players.

Earlier, Spartak's press service officially announced that a one-year contract had been signed with 34-year-old Zabolotniy. In the first round of the new RPL season, Spartak will host the Dynamo team from Makhachkala at home, with the match taking place from July 18 to 21.
