Atletico Madrid has reached an agreement for the transfer of midfielder Lucas Sasha from the Brazilian club Fortaleza. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Madrid club is expected to pay around 282 thousand euros for the 35-year-old player, according to journalist Vene Kasagrande. Lucas Sasha's current contract with Fortaleza is set to last until December 31, 2025.

This season, he has played in 21 matches across all club competitions, scoring one goal and providing the same number of assists. Currently, the player is unable to take the field due to an injury, and there is no information yet on when he will return to fitness.

This transfer is being made to strengthen Atletico's midfield line. The player's experience and statistics are expected to make a significant contribution to the team.
