Former "Fakel" team goalkeeper Vitaliy Gudiyev compared two coaches. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
They were Sergey Tashuev and Vadim Yevseyev, who previously worked with the "Fakel" team. According to Gudiyev, the styles of these two coaches differ significantly.
Tashuev is known as a somewhat closed and strict personality, coming from the former Soviet school. Yevseyev, on the other hand, was capable of improving the atmosphere within the team; he was always in a positive mood but also showed firmness when necessary.
Both worked with "Fakel" during the years they played in the Russian Premier League. Last season, "Fakel" finished in 16th place and was relegated under coach Igor Shalimov.
Additionally, ahead of the new season, Gudiyev joined the "Akron" club from the city of Tolyatti, which is considered a mid-level team in the Russian Premier League. This news was an important event for football fans.
