Former midfielder Igor Korneyev explained the reasons for forward Bernard Berisha's departure from the "Akhmat" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
It became known that the club and the 33-year-old player mutually agreed to terminate the contract. Korneyev stated on "Match TV" that it is very important for such a person to play.

The specialist emphasized that Berisha was the psychological center of "Akhmat," ready for various challenges for victory, but he was never indifferent. In the 2024/2025 season, he played a total of 17 matches in the Russian championship and cup, scoring four goals and providing one assist.
