Gennadiy Tumilovich, the former goalkeeper of the Belarus national team and Moscow "Dinamo," shared his thoughts on the prospects of the "Dinamo" team in the new season of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the majority believes that the "Dinamo" team will fight strongly against the favorites, but the current transfer campaign has not significantly increased the team's strength. Nevertheless, Tumilovich expressed his trust in the team's head coach Sergey Karpin.
During the summer transfer period, defender Maksim Osipenko and forward Ivan Sergeyev joined the team. Tumilovich jokingly emphasized that "Dinamo" cannot become the Russian champion if they do not pay off the $10,000 debt he should have received 25 years ago.
These remarks were cited by the Betonmobile publication. At the same time, the team's success in the new season will largely depend on the transfer policy and coaching efforts.
"Dinamo" fans are eagerly waiting to see a stronger team in the future. In Tumilovich's opinion, the team's potential has not yet been fully realized, but there are opportunities to achieve high results.
