Mostovoy: Dinamo did not lose in the first match, no chance

Former midfielder of the Russia and USSR national teams, Aleksandr Mostovoy, evaluated the 1:1 match between Moscow's "Dinamo" and "Baltika" in an interview with the website "Euro-Futbol.Ru". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In his opinion, "Dinamo" had no advantage in the game and showed no superiority over "Baltika". Mostovoy considers this match one of the most insignificant encounters for "Dinamo" in recent times.

He had predicted a 2:1 victory for "Dinamo" since the team was playing at home and had the support of the fans. However, the "Baltika" team managed to score with its strong defense and effective play, and defended well for the remainder of the match.

Mostovoy emphasized that there were no clear chances for "Dinamo" and noted that "Baltika" withstood the pressure. At the same time, this match was the first official game for Valeriy Karpin, who was appointed as the head coach of "Dinamo" in the summer.
