The head of OpenAI, Sam Altman, spoke about the challenges encountered during the launch process of the GPT-5 model. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, due to feedback from users and technical issues, the company is reconsidering some decisions. Altman emphasized that the GPT-4o model will be relaunched, as some users prefer certain functions of it over the capabilities of the GPT-5 model.
Additionally, he discussed a problem referred to as a "graphical error." This error led to the misinterpretation of data charts presented in GPT-5.
Altman noted that the company aims to develop all models in a balanced manner and provide the best service to users. He also added that although the GPT-5 model currently has very strong capabilities, it will be continuously updated based on user feedback.
The OpenAI team continues to work on improving technologies, taking into account the needs of users. This is aimed at ensuring the provision of quality and reliable services in the AI field.
