MAX messenger will be mandatory to install from September 1

Starting from September 1, the MAX messenger will be included in the list of applications that must be pre-installed on electronic devices. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It was reported that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin made the decision. According to the new rules, the MAX messenger will replace VK Messenger, which was among the mandatory applications in 2023.

Additionally, from September 1, the RuStore application will also be required to be installed on iOS and HyperOS operating systems. Previously, this application was only available on Android and HarmonyOS devices.

In the future, the MAX messenger is planned to be integrated with the “Gosuslugi” portal and the “Sferum” educational platform. This application will function not only as a regular messenger but also as a means of online communication with government services.

The official presentation of the application will take place in the fall. Currently, users can exchange messages, make calls, and share voice messages and files through the MAX messenger.

This new step aims to make digital services more convenient and efficient.
