Each user can give "hype" to three videos every week. This adds extra votes to the creators' videos and helps them achieve higher rankings.

The feature provides notifications about achievements in video rankings and awards a "hyped" badge. Additionally, users will have the opportunity to see updated video categories on YouTube's homepage.
