Instagram has now officially launched an app for Apple tablets. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This is the first app specifically designed for the iPad, and users can download it directly from the App Store. Since the iPad's initial release 15 years ago, Instagram has only operated in a version intended for the iPhone.
As a result, iPad users had to either use a scaled-down interface or access the site through a browser. The new app, however, is developed to fit larger screens.
The feed and personal messages are located on the left side of the app, while comments appear on the right. This makes navigation more convenient and efficient.
The developers have paid special attention to the Reels section. When the app launches, the short videos section opens first, providing users with quick and engaging content.
This approach meets the demands and expectations of the modern audience. The Instagram app works on devices running iPadOS 15.1 and later versions.
Considering the widespread use of Apple tablets, this update is an important and significant step for Instagram. Have you tried the new app?
