OpenAI presents new recruitment platform
OpenAI has officially announced the launch of a new platform – OpenAI Jobs Platform – which is expected to fundamentally change the recruitment process. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the company, this system uses artificial intelligence technology to automatically match employers' requirements with job seekers' skills. This tool is especially effective not only for large corporations but also for small businesses and government organizations in finding IT specialists.

A distinctive feature of the project is that users can learn and validate their skills in the field of artificial intelligence through the OpenAI Academy learning environment. This opportunity provides additional advantages to job seekers, making the platform more transparent and fair.

Through this platform, OpenAI aims to compete with Microsoft's LinkedIn site. Unlike LinkedIn, the new system focuses not on official resumes and recommendations but on AI-verified skills.

The OpenAI Jobs Platform is planned to be launched in the second half of 2026. Currently, development work on the platform is actively ongoing, and the company expects significant changes in the recruitment market.

How artificial intelligence will change the job search process and make employment fairer and faster will become clear over time.
