According to decree PF–157 signed by the President on September 8 of this year, starting from November 1, 2025, information about citizens will be provided in real-time through their personal accounts on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (MyGov.uz). This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Based on this decree, citizens' personal data will be formalized and will have the same legal force as paper documents. From now on, when government bodies and organizations provide information from the MyGov portal, they will not be able to demand a paper copy.
Additionally, starting from November 1, 2025, a number of conveniences will be introduced. In particular, pensioners, pregnant women, and citizens who come with a child under 3 years old to the Public Service Centers will be granted the right to receive service without waiting in line.
Furthermore, the biometric identification method – Face ID technology – will be implemented for registering individuals through the Unified Identification System OneID. Another important update is that from now on, Public Service Centers will have the right to provide services to the public and entrepreneurs for all services offered through the Unified portal.
This will ensure that the process of using services becomes faster, more transparent, and more convenient. These changes will contribute to making public services more qualitative and efficient.
