iOS 26 saves battery with adaptive power mode

One of the important new features for users in the recently released iOS 26 operating system by Apple is the Adaptive Power Mode. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This feature allows iPhone users to save battery power. Adaptive Power Mode reduces excessive energy consumption by intelligently managing background processes and activates automatically only when the system detects excessive power usage.

This helps the smartphone's battery last longer. With the new system, users can typically gain up to an additional hour of usage per day.

If the phone is used in light mode, this time can increase up to two hours. However, in some cases, the effect of Adaptive Power Mode may not be noticeable.

Also, although the recently released iPhone 17 Air model has a small battery, its autonomy performance is at a good level. Adaptive Power Mode helps this model as well, but experts do not consider this feature as the main power-saving tool.

Additionally, another important innovation in the iOS 26 system is the Apple Intelligence feature, which works only on iPhone 15 Pro and higher models. This feature is not available on older models.

In the new iPhone 17 series, Adaptive Power Mode comes enabled by default. These innovations serve to enhance user convenience and battery efficiency.
