Yandex launched Alisa in Uzbek language
Yandex Uzbekistan has launched the bilingual artificial intelligence assistant — Alisa — to work in Uzbek on its smart voice devices. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Now users can ask Alisa questions in Uzbek, and she will respond in Russian or Uzbek. Alisa operates based on a language model specially developed by Yandex Uzbekistan.

Professional philologists, editors, and over 300 users from 13 regions of Uzbekistan contributed to the creation of this model. To use Alisa in Uzbek, it is necessary to go to the “Virtual Assistant” section in the “Dom s Alisoy” app, select the device from “Assistant language,” and choose the “Uzbek + Russian” option.

This way, users will have the opportunity to communicate conveniently and effectively with Alisa in Uzbek and make wider use of modern technologies. This innovation serves to develop artificial intelligence services in the Uzbek language.
