For the first time in Kazakhstan's military system, a virtual psychologist based on artificial intelligence – AI-sulu – has been introduced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This innovation was developed to ensure the mental stability of soldiers in the army and to provide them with continuous psychological support. The Telegram bot named AI-sulu operates at any time of the day, that is, 24 hours a day.
It responds promptly to military personnel experiencing difficult mental states, listens to their troubles, supports them, and gradually helps with psychological recovery. According to experts, although the bot cannot fully replace a psychologist, it can be very useful as initial assistance.
AI-sulu mainly works in Kazakh and Russian languages. Its capabilities include understanding emotions, giving advice, and recommending simple exercises during anxiety and stress situations.
Additionally, the bot advises contacting a human psychologist when necessary and provides information about organizations where help can be obtained. According to the project authors, AI-sulu can be an important tool to help soldiers suffering from loneliness and depression.
Kazakhstan aims to improve the overall psychological condition of military personnel by implementing such advanced solutions in the defense sector. This initiative is considered significant in supporting the health of military personnel.
