WOWCube new digital Rubik's Cube introduced

The WOWCube toy, developed by Spin Master and Cubios companies, is a new digital version of the traditional Rubik's cube. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This cube is in a 2x2 format, with 24 small LCD displays instead of colored squares on its faces. The project was initially presented in 2016 and is now open for pre-order.

WOWCube is not only a rotatable cube but also a gaming console that allows playing various games. It includes popular games such as Cut the Rope, 2048, and the classic Space Invaders.

The cube's internal sensors detect tilting and shaking, actively influencing the gameplay. The device allows downloading new games and functions through an app store.

By connecting via Bluetooth to a smartphone, users can install free or paid applications. Additionally, a special software development kit (SDK) is provided for developers, making it easier to create new games and interactive applications for WOWCube.

WOWCube offers useful functions not only for gaming but also for everyday life. It features widgets displaying a timer, a live aquarium screen, weather information, reminders, and stock prices.

The device can operate autonomously for up to five hours. A special dock station is available for full charging.

Its price is approximately $299. According to company information, delivery to initial buyers is planned to start before the Christmas holiday.

Experts believe that WOWCube can secure its place in history as a unique gadget that successfully combines classic toys with modern technologies.
