China has introduced a new achievement in the field of technology. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The country's startup Noetix Robotics has developed a new humanoid robot with a human shape — Bumi. This was reported by Robotics and Automation News.
According to the company, the price of the Bumi robot is approximately equal to that of the iPhone 17 smartphone, around 1370 dollars. Noetix Robotics emphasizes that this is the world's first high-performance and affordable humanoid robot.
The Bumi robot is 94 centimeters tall and weighs 12 kilograms. It is made from modern composite materials, allowing it to move lightly and stably.
The robot can respond to commands, walk, and dance. Its movement and stability system is based on advanced algorithms developed by the company's own specialists.
The new Bumi robot is designed not only as a home assistant but also for use in the educational field. Through its open software platform, students and researchers will have the opportunity to create their own programs and scenarios for the robot.
Noetix Robotics considers this project an important step towards integrating humanoid robots into everyday life. The company announced that pre-orders for the Bumi robot will be accepted during two major shopping festivals in China — Double 11 (November 11) and Double 12 (December 12).
Additionally, in October 2025, China's Deep Robotics company presented the first humanoid robot capable of operating in any weather conditions. Aiming to be one of the leading countries in artificial intelligence and robotics, China continuously creates new achievements to widely implement these technologies in all areas of life.
This contributes significantly to the country's competitiveness and future development.
