This feature will be particularly useful for cars that lack physical temperature control buttons. The Android Auto interface will include controls for air conditioning and seat heating, eliminating the need for drivers to switch to applications inside the car.
Additionally, to make Android Auto more functional, Google has started allowing new types of applications — now it is possible to play games in the car as well. For this, a smartphone with Android 15 and Android Auto version 14.0 or higher is required.
Currently, several games such as Candy Crush and Angry Birds are supported, and the quality of the games will depend on the display capabilities of the vehicle.
