Voice robot quickly learned Russian insults

The voice robot created for utility service management companies learned Russian offensive words used in communication with customers within the first month. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This situation forced its developers to correct the error. This was announced by Mikhail Viktorov, president of the National Association of Information Modeling Technologies Organizations (NOTIM), at the Siberian Construction Forum.
According to Viktorov, the neural network has the ability to learn and mastered offensive words within the first month. He explained this situation by citing the proverb "You are who you associate with."
The NOTIM leader evaluated this situation as an important indicator for effective communication with citizens. The voice assistant can resolve 80 percent of customer inquiries, but in some emergency situations, people's anger and operator assistance may be necessary.
Additionally, on January 30, it was reported that artificial intelligence fails to recognize simple emojis. Chinese scientists discovered that the neural network perceives emojis as excessive and ambiguous signals that cause malfunctions in the system.
