Uzbek scientists have created a new material for ecological purification

Scientists at the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan have created a new generation material designed for effective air and water purification. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Researchers invented a hybrid aerogel made from nanocellulose. This material is environmentally safe and does not harm the natural environment.
The porous structure of the new material quickly absorbs toxic substances. Therefore, it effectively traps harmful gases in the air and heavy metals in water.
Due to these properties, it can be widely used in ecological filtration systems as well as in the industrial sector. According to the official statement from the Academy of Sciences, this invention is very effective not only in filtering toxic gases from the air but also in purifying water from heavy metals.
Additionally, this material is widely used in the construction sector. It insulates homes from heat and cold, reduces noise, and despite being lightweight, maintains strength.
As scientists emphasized, this innovation marks a new stage in the development of ecological technologies. At the same time, it is an effective solution that can be widely applied in industry and residential construction.
This invention is of great importance for environmental protection and resource conservation.
