Windows 11 update caused login issues for users

Microsoft confirmed that the latest cumulative update released for the Windows 11 operating system has caused login issues in a number of consumer applications and services. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This issue is related to the KB5079473 update released in March and affects users attempting to log in via personal Microsoft accounts. This information was provided by the Rozetked.me website.
According to company data, this bug may block access to Microsoft Teams Free, OneDrive, the Edge browser, Excel, Word, and the Microsoft 365 Copilot service. In many cases, even when network connectivity is functioning normally, users receive an incorrect message stating there is no internet connection.
This issue does not currently affect corporate customers using the Entra ID service, formerly known as Azure Active Directory. This indicates that the outage is currently limited to the authentication process for personal user accounts.
Microsoft is working on fully resolving the issue but currently recommends that users restart their computers while connected to the internet as a temporary solution. If the device is restarted without an internet connection, the login issue may persist.
Therefore, it is important to ensure internet connectivity and restart the device.
