For the first time in Russia, a study was conducted to examine the recommendation rates of electronics brands and retail chains by artificial intelligence systems. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

These analyses, carried out by the AIMonitor.pro platform, were formed in April based on the responses of popular AI services such as Alisa, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Perplexity. The publication Ixbt.com provided detailed information regarding this news.

Among the large companies producing electronic products, the Apple brand took first place with a rate of twenty-one percent. Following it were the Samsung and Xiaomi brands, recording results of nineteen point two and fourteen point five percent, respectively.

Additionally, Huawei and Lenovo also secured spots in the top five most recommended brands. Focusing specifically on the smartphone market, Samsung holds an absolute advantage in this area, accounting for nearly one-fourth of all recommendations.

According to analyses conducted among retail chains and online stores, the M.Video and Ozon marketplaces achieved the highest ratings. Networks such as Yandex Market, DNS, and Eldorado are also frequently suggested to customers by artificial intelligence.

The research results show that AI services have the ability to provide varied recommendations based on the user's needs and interests. For example, individuals interested in computer games are more often advised to visit specialized tech stores, while bloggers creating content for social networks are recommended broad-range marketplaces.

In particular, a growing tendency among teenagers and young people to rely on AI guidance when making purchasing decisions was observed. This indicates that the role of artificial intelligence in the retail sector will increase further in the future.
