Rostex Introduces New Digital System for State Management Digital System

At the First International Security Forum, the Rostec State Corporation presented a new software and hardware complex called Governance, as reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the project's authors, this system serves to consolidate scattered information databases and data sets into a unified digital environment, thereby enabling the management of individual enterprises, entire networks, or even state-level processes through a single system.
Influential industry publications have reported on this development. The complex was jointly developed by specialists from GiperGrafGrupp and the RT-Projects Technologies holding.
The system forms a unified information model based on digitized data related to the state budget, legislative documents, economic indicators, and social sector processes. This technology ensures logical consistency among data while also generating in-depth analytical reports.
Additionally, it performs the task of modeling various state projects and potential societal development scenarios. The presented technological solution is capable of processing massive volumes of data.
It can handle over 300,000 object categories and nearly two billion interconnections between them simultaneously. Currently, the system's data repository stores close to 500 million records.
All analytical processes are executed with high accuracy using more than 20,000 specialized algorithms, indicating the system's considerable complexity and broad scope.
According to Rostec leadership representatives, such high-level technological implementations are rare on a global scale and can be counted on one's fingers, primarily developed by major Western companies. Experts are also highlighting another important aspect of this system.
The software suite can be adapted to the unique national culture and governance style of any country, thereby creating a convenient opportunity to monitor and manage all state and societal processes in a transparent manner.
