Honor is increasing the share of silicon batteries

The issue of autonomy remains one of the most important problems in the smartphone market. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
China's Honor company is on the verge of creating a real technological breakthrough in this regard. According to recent information, the brand plans to significantly increase the power capacity of devices by improving silicon-based battery technology.
According to Chinese specialists, Honor is actively increasing the share of silicon in the battery system of its new monoblock smartphones. Currently, this indicator is approaching 30 percent.
Such an approach allows for a sharp increase in the battery's energy capacity without increasing the thickness of the device. This means that users will have a large power source in a compact body.
The company is already preparing for the serial production of batteries with a capacity of 12,000 mAh. This figure is several times higher than today's mass smartphone standard.
For comparison, most current flagship devices are limited to batteries from 5,000 to 6,000 mAh. In Honor's laboratories, even more impressive results have been recorded, with test samples demonstrating the ability to store up to 14,000 mAh of power.
According to experts, in the near future, a capacity of 14,000 mAh could serve as the upper limit for the entire smartphone industry. In current technological conditions, exceeding this indicator is considered an extremely difficult task.
This record can only be updated if completely new battery systems are introduced by other leading manufacturers. The first steps in this direction have already been put into practice.
The Honor X80 Pro Max smartphone, which recently went on sale in the Chinese market, is a clear example of this. The main feature of this device is that it is equipped with a large battery with a capacity of 11,000 mAh.
Such power ensures that the smartphone operates for several days even in the most active usage mode. It should be specifically noted that the Honor X80 Pro Max stands out not only for its capacity but also for its charging speed.
The device supports wired fast charging technology with a power of 90W. Additionally, through the 27W reverse charging function, the smartphone also acts as an external charger for other gadgets.
The Honor brand is also known in the Uzbekistan market for its durable batteries. If models with capacities of 12,000 and 14,000 mAh enter the global market, they will certainly become the most optimal choice for users in our country who go on long trips or wish to be constantly connected.
One of the main advantages is that silicon technology ensures that smartphones do not become too heavy.
