Is it possible to transfer from daytime to external studies?
Students can transfer from full-time education to external studies, as reported by Talimxabarlari.uz.

According to paragraph 9 of the Regulation approved as Appendix 3 to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision No. 393 dated June 20, 2017, the conditions that serve as the basis for a rejection response are specified.

According to paragraph 22, students studying on a state grant can only transfer to other higher educational institutions in similar and related fields, and within the quotas of state grants.

Otherwise (i.e., if there are no grant quotas), it will be possible to transfer on a fee-based contract basis.

According to paragraph 15 of the Regulation, applications for transfer are accepted annually from July 15 to August 5.

Students wishing to transfer must submit the following documents:

application (indicating the field of study, form, reason, and acknowledgment);
copy of the rating book or academic certificate;
copy of the passport.
