Through this new platform, citizens will have the opportunity to receive medical advice remotely in emergency situations. This system will strengthen cooperation between emergency response centers, hospitals, and polyclinics, and help make medical decisions more quickly.
This project is being implemented within the framework of the healthcare digitalization program. In recent years, the efficiency of medical services has significantly increased.
To date, 2,400 dispatchers have undergone special training. As a result, delays in ambulance arrival have decreased from 1.1% to 0.3%.

The funds spent on medicines for each call have also significantly increased, from 750 soms to 11,800 soms. According to experts, the "Online Doctor" service will improve the efficiency of medical assistance and expand the possibilities of saving human lives.
