He had planned to prepare a "Molotov cocktail" and set fire to the dormitory building on the factory premises. Through this action, he aimed to intimidate the population and cause public disorder.
After committing the crime, he intended to spread a video of it on the internet to incite panic among the public, and later planned to go to Afghanistan to join international terrorist organizations. Law enforcement agencies took timely measures against him.
A criminal case has been opened against the arrested individual under Article 30 (preparation for a crime), Article 205 (terrorist act), and Article 205.5 (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
